Could not recommend Hannah enough! When we started training, Lola was extremely fearful of pretty much everything. She was reactive to other dogs, nervous around people and just unhappy. After an assessment and 2 sessions Hannah has helped Lola and us to rebuild trust and have a happy loving dog again. We still have some training to go, but the difference we have seen already has changed our lives! Thank you so much for everything so far, we can’t wait to see how much further we can go!

Behaviour Consultations

About the program:

Some dog behaviour can be dealt with with simple training, such as recall, pulling on lead, or jumping up. Other times, the dog is showing a behaviour because of some underlying emotion, such as fear or stress. In those cases, if you try to solve the problem with training, you could end up supressing the underlying emotion, potentially making the problem worse or causing other problems.

For example, a dog who barks out of fear does not need teaching to be quiet; they need to become more confident around what makes them fearful.

This program is designed for owners who's dogs have a more serious behaviour problem, such as fear, aggression, reactivity, and other problems that cannot be 'fixed' with training alone.

Behaviour modification is complex and must be done specific to each individual dog. That's where I come in! I'll help you discover what your dog is feeling (and why), and then help you change your dog's emotions into more positive ones!

What's included:

  • An initial in-depth assessment (roughly 90 minutes, in your own home or via video call).

  • Immediate management strategy (what to do right now to keep everyone safe and avoid making the behaviour worse).

  • A detailed and step-by-step training plan, individually customised to you and your family, dog, and lifestyle.

  • x3 follow up coaching sessions, (1 hour each, in your own home or via video call).

  • A 'trainer in your pocket!' - text / email support throughout the program!

  • x2 mini ebooks, a training diary, progress tracker, customisable door sign, and tons of extra resources and helpful worksheets.

Investment:

£350

Apply to have a behaviour consultation here!

This is a short form (roughly 5-10 minutes to complete) to give me an idea of what's going on and ensure that this program is right for you.

Once you submit the form, I will get back to you within two working days (usually much quicker) to book in for your initial assessment, assuming you want to go ahead.

Hannah has helped us massively with our handful of a dog Enzo. We had been through many trainers and ended with Hannah as a last resort. She has equipped us with the skills we need through her behaviour programme so that we can continue training Enzo beyond the sessions with her. She had an amazing positive approach with both Enzo and the family to help us when we felt there was no where else to turn! Enzo has made great progress thanks to Hannah and we hope to continue this using the incredibly detailed plan she provided us with. Would really recommend Hannah to anyone who feels their dog is a lost cause!!

Behaviour Change Takes Time

Behaviour change takes time, consistency, and a hell of a lot of patience. No behaviour is ever "fixed overnight", and progress is rarely linear. Some behaviours are managed rather than completely eliminated. Owner consistency is a key factor in the outcome of training. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines.

In many cases, owners have seen drastic positive changes in a very short period of time, however this is not always the case. Every dog and family is different, and the truth is, I don't have a magic wand!
