Is this suitable for puppies? Yes 100%. Enrichment can be used for dogs of all ages, but this program is designed to give you the knowledge and creativity to adapt ideas to suit each individual dog... and then keep going as they get older!
What if I don't have the time? Whether you work 40hrs a week or 60hrs, you have time, I promise! Many of these activities take just five minutes or less, and most of the games are ones that you can swap with any play you already do with your dog to keep them excited. If you're asking about the time needed to complete the program itself, don't worry. You will have LIFETIME access to this program, and can watch the videos as and when you want to.
Will I need to buy new equipment and toys? Definitely not! One of my biggest pet peeves is people spending money on dog toys that aren't worth it. Any activity idea I give in this program is either free, made from things you'll already have in the house, or very cheap to buy. In cases where I suggest things like Kongs and Lickimats (because many people already have them), I always give alternative solutions for those who don't.
